Why is natural skin care better?
I think natural care is the best for skin. Most ready-made store products contain artificial or allergy-triggering ingredients whereas natural products we make ourselves are fully safe for the skin, giving brilliant results.
The best natural ingredients
I use the following ingredients to make my favorite natural products:
- coconut, tea tree, argan, lemon, jojoba, almond and castor oil,
- apple cider vinegar,
- honey,
- sea salt,
- avocado,
- aloe,
- shea butter.
DIY NATURAL SKIN PRODUCTS
- Anti-wrinkle treatment. Warm a bit of honey between your palms and apply to skin, massage for a moment, rinse using warm water and apply a moisturizer.
- Face scrub. Mix sea salt with honey and add favorite oil e.g. oil extracted from citrus or spices. Rub into skin and leave in for a few minutes. Rinse and apply a moisturizing product.
- Anti-cellulite lotion. Mix lemon oil with jojoba oil. Massage body area affected by cellulite for a quite while. Make sure you massage skin on a regular basis as it’s the only way to get desired effect.
- A little something to treat insect bites. Apply argan oil to your insect-bitten skin. Don’t scratch it. Let it be absorbed to relieve pain and soothe irritation.
- Face cleanser. Mix castor oil with coconut or almond oil. Use the mixture to massage face skin and remove makeup, sebum and other impurities. Rinse the residue with warm water.
